From Portovenere it is then very easy to reach the Cinque Terre with the boats of the Golfo dei Poeti shipping line.
The latter, a true spectacle of nature, have coasts overlooking the sea with bays and small beaches within walking distance, terraces for the cultivation of vines, medieval villages, sanctuaries, scenic paths such as the famous Via dell'Amore, which from Riomaggiore goes up to Manarola.
